My OKI C5100n is having issues. I purchased all new parts. My first two Demo1 prints were grainy,... (More) My OKI C5100n is having issues. I purchased all new parts. My first two Demo1 prints were grainy, but the next several were very nice. After about 20 pages a yellow 'puddle' started appearing on each page. There is a large Yellow coloration of the entire right hand side of each page. This covers about 1/4 to 1/3 the side of each page. I then ran the Demo1 again, and all colors are fine, except yellow is missing in it's 'block', and appearing on the right hand 1/4 of the page.

It worked fine and then this afternoon when I try to scan something you hear it trying to do something and then says it cannot scan. It suggests unplugging the power cord, unplugging the USB and asks if the printer is on. It prints and faxes fine, just will not scan to save its life. Of course it is just out of warranty and Dell wants to charge to say how to fix it. Crooks.

I've tried removing them and wiping them down with clean paper, removing the excess glue Dell leaves on the bottom of the cartrage, spraying compressed air, but nothing seems to remedy this situation. I've printed out about 10 sheets to align the cartrages from the Dell tool box.
